XRP: Address Count Up 72% in Two Weeks, ETP Book Closing In on $1B
Network activity outruns spot price as XRP Ledger addresses jump to 39.5K and institutional ETP assets near $934M.

XRP Ledger daily active addresses rose from roughly 23,000 on June 14 to nearly 39,500 by month-end — a 72% increase in two weeks, per data cited by Santiment analyst Ali Martinez. Spot price has not kept pace with the on-chain expansion: XRP trades at $1.13, up 3.35% over 24 hours and around 8% over the trailing seven days, against a backdrop of broader crypto weakness.
Activity outpacing price
A 72% jump in active addresses against a largely range-bound tape is the notable divergence here. Saturday’s session reportedly carried high liquidity without translating into a directional break, leaving address growth as the outlier data point relative to spot performance.
For desks tracking network usage against price, a widening spread between rising address counts and flat spot action typically gets read as either accumulation or a pickup in transactional throughput ahead of a move — though nothing in the underlying data assigns a specific driver to the increase.
ETP flows: $22.99M added, book near $934M
Institutional flow data adds a second signal. Analyst Xaif Crypto reported $22.99 million in net inflows into XRP-linked ETPs last week, with Bitwise accounting for $16.97 million and Franklin Templeton adding $3.97 million. Total net asset value across XRP investment products now sits at approximately $934 million, putting the category within striking distance of the $1 billion threshold.
Concentration in Bitwise and Franklin Templeton vehicles is the detail worth flagging — flows through these structures are generally attributed to larger-account allocation rather than retail flow, given the wrapper mechanics involved.
RSI extremes and scenario-based upside calls
On technicals, analyst “Cryptollica” flagged XRP’s RSI as showing one of the most oversold readings in the asset’s history, with prior instances of comparable RSI exhaustion having preceded major rallies. That’s being used by some to argue for a mean-reversion setup, though an oversold RSI print alone isn’t confirmation of a reversal.
Separately, analyst Javon Marks referenced XRP’s earlier run from roughly $0.50 to above $3.30 as evidence that the market has repeatedly underpriced the asset’s upside, projecting gains exceeding 1,300% under sufficiently favorable altcoin conditions. That figure is a conditional scenario from the analyst, not a base case, and no specific catalyst was attached to it.
Taken together, the data set to watch is: address growth accelerating well ahead of price, an ETP complex closing on $1 billion in net assets, and RSI readings flagged as historically stretched — with spot price yet to confirm any of it via a breakout, volume surge, or funding shift.
