LINK Indicators Flip Bullish Above $7.88 While XRP, SOL Sit at Thinner Support Levels

Chainlink (LINK) is changing hands near $7.90 after reclaiming $7.88, a level that now functions as the line in the sand for bulls, according to a technical breakdown from CaptainAltcoin published July 10. The token’s indicator stack — RSI, MACD, Stochastic and Bull/Bear Power — is aligned in a way that reads as constructive rather than exhausted.

LINK: momentum confirms, but not yet overbought

RSI on LINK sits at 68.081, elevated but still short of the 70 overbought marker. Stochastic reads 76.502, a level consistent with sustained buying pressure though close enough to stretched territory that a cooldown can’t be ruled out.

MACD prints 0.06 and Bull/Bear Power comes in at 0.152 — both modest but positive, giving buyers a slight structural edge. Holding $7.88 keeps $8 within reach on the upside. A breakdown below $7.88 flips the setup, exposing $7.73 as the next support, with a failure there shifting the focus down to $7.50.

XRP: split tape, no directional conviction

XRP is trading around $1.10 with $1.09 acting as the level traders are watching. RSI at 51.091 shows the market essentially split down the middle between buyers and sellers, and MACD at -0.001 confirms bullish momentum hasn’t taken hold yet.

Stochastic at 61.972 still allows for a push toward $1.12 if buyers step in, but Bull/Bear Power at 0.0105 gives them only a marginal edge over sellers. A break below $1.09 opens the door to $1.08, with $1.06 the next level in view if that fails as well.

SOL: breakout zone becomes the new floor

Solana broke through resistance near $78.60 and is now retesting that same zone as support. A successful defense keeps $80 in play for bulls; CaptainAltcoin flags $77.76 as the next downside level should the retest fail.

Across the three assets, price action is currently being governed by existing breakout and support structure rather than any new catalyst. LINK’s indicator stack shows the clearest confirmation of the three, while XRP and SOL are working with thinner momentum signals as they retest their respective levels — a distinction worth flagging for anyone sizing positions around these zones.
