Kalshi Pro Goes Live: 2,000-Market Screener Bolts Onto Perps Trading Stack

Kalshi rolled out a dedicated professional trading terminal on Monday, giving frequent traders a single browser-based workspace to screen roughly 2,000 markets, manage stacked order books and run leveraged perpetual futures positions — all without opening a second login.

A cockpit for multi-market flow

Kalshi Pro is live in public beta and connects directly to a trader’s existing Kalshi account. Access is currently free, though the exchange has not said whether it will introduce pricing tiers down the line.

The centerpiece is a customizable layout tool called Canvas, which lets users tile multiple charts, order books, prediction-market panels and perps positions inside one dense workspace and save distinct layouts by event or strategy. Kalshi’s own release imagery shows several charts and order books running simultaneously — a setup closer to an institutional brokerage screen than the single-contract pages most retail users see today.

Andy Chang, product lead for Kalshi Pro, framed the release as catching up to how the exchange’s most active users already operate. “Our most active traders are already trading prediction markets and perpetuals like Wall Street trades equities and bonds,” Chang said in the launch announcement. “We built Pro to give them the cockpit they deserve.” Some of those traders had reportedly built their own external tooling to track positions across Kalshi before this release, according to CNBC.

Order management and a 2,000-market screener

Kalshi Pro’s discovery tool ranks close to 2,000 markets by recent activity, contract price, bid-ask spread and available liquidity — the kind of screening layer active traders use to rotate capital toward the tightest, most liquid setups. A separate feed streams live transactions across the exchange so users can see where volume is concentrating in real time.

On the order-management side, traders can batch-sort open orders, reprice or cancel several at once, and drag orders to new levels directly from the order book — removing the need to jump between individual market pages during fast-moving events such as elections or live sports.

Perps get TradingView charts and liquidation guardrails

Kalshi began offering federally regulated perpetual futures earlier in 2026 as it pushed beyond its core event-contract business. Kalshi Pro’s dedicated perps interface integrates TradingView’s charting suite for technical study across timeframes and indicators, alongside leverage selection and a choice between isolated collateral per position or a shared account-wide margin pool.

Risk controls include automatic position closure at a preset profit or loss level, reduce-only execution to prevent accidentally scaling a position in the wrong direction, and a cap on how far a fill price can slip from the quote shown at order entry. The platform also flags positions as they move closer to liquidation.

Positioning against a fast-scaling exchange

The launch lands as Kalshi has been expanding its footprint well beyond simplified retail prediction contracts, including a reported single-market print above $1 billion in volume tied to a World Cup winner contract and a reported valuation push toward $40 billion following a recent volume surge. The exchange has also drawn regulatory attention this year, with the CFTC invoking emergency powers to block a batch of Kalshi trade cancellations in Michigan.

By bundling a liquidity-ranked screener, batch order tools and a leveraged perps cockpit into one free interface, Kalshi is signaling it wants active, high-frequency traders — not just casual bettors on binary outcomes — as its core growth segment going forward.
