BILL Whale Wallet Dumps 9M Tokens Into 20% Rally as Turnover Hits 1.87x

Billions Network’s BILL token is up 20% in the past 24 hours and more than 7% on the week, but the rally is being powered by the same wallet that appears to be selling into it. On-chain data flagged by Arkham shows a previously dormant address moving 15.5 million BILL tokens from Ethereum to BNB Smart Chain, splitting the stack across two wallets — one now offloading in repeated $200 chunks.

A dormant wallet re-activates mid-pump

The safe wallet in question had been inactive for roughly a month before bridging its holdings to BSC. Of the two receiving addresses, one still holds 6.5 million BILL tokens untouched. The other has been distributing 9 million tokens in small, repeated $200-sized sells, with 8.15 million BILL — worth roughly $375,000 at current prices — still unsold as of writing.

That pattern — a large, previously quiet holder liquidating into strength — is the kind of on-chain signal traders watch for exit-pump risk. If the selling accelerates, it could cap further upside regardless of what the derivatives book is signaling.

Volume and funding point to a liquidity frenzy

Trading volume exploded roughly 1,000% to more than $233 million, over double BILL’s current market capitalization of $125 million. That produces a turnover ratio of 1.87, a level consistent with a short-term liquidity frenzy rather than steady accumulation.

Derivatives data from Coinglass shows the Long/Short ratio for BILL/USDT among top traders on Binance at 1.2749, and the OI-weighted funding rate has flipped positive at 0.0241%, with BILL trading near $0.051. Both readings point to buyer-dominated positioning across retail and larger accounts, suggesting the leverage book is currently backing the move rather than fading it.

Chart structure: overbought but still above the breakout line

Price action shows BILL breaking above a descending trend channel that had contained the token since early June, with three consecutive daily green candles. A bullish RSI divergence has formed alongside a rising Chaikin Money Flow reading of 0.27, indicating capital is still flowing in even as the RSI sits near 74 — firmly in overbought territory.

On the 4-hour chart, the bullish structure holds as long as BILL stays above $0.0400. A successful retest of the breakout level could open a path toward the top of the channel near $0.0950, but $0.0550 stands as the first real test, with price already showing signs of consolidation into that zone.

What the data implies for positioning

The setup leaves BILL caught between two conflicting signals: derivatives markets are constructive, with green funding and a long-skewed book, while on-chain flows show a large wallet actively distributing supply into the rally. With 8.15 million tokens still unsold from the original 9 million allocation, the pace of that wallet’s remaining sales — not the technical breakout — may end up deciding whether BILL holds above $0.0400 or rolls back into the prior channel.
