BILL Jumps 25% on Robinhood Listing, But $630K Multisig Outflow Flags Distribution Risk

Billions Network’s BILL token gained more than 25% in 24 hours after Robinhood added the asset to its listings, pushing daily trading volume up 163% to roughly $217 million — a figure equal to 2.67 times the token’s entire market capitalization. The listing puts BILL in front of Robinhood’s more than 27.7 million funded customer accounts, a scale of retail distribution few mid-cap altcoins gain overnight.

The volume-to-market-cap ratio is the number traders should sit with first. A token turning over more than two and a half times its own cap in a single day typically signals either a genuine liquidity re-rating or a short-lived speculative squeeze — and the two can look identical in the first 24 hours.

Chart structure and flow data back the breakout — for now

Price action shows BILL breaking out of a symmetrical triangle that had formed above the $0.020 zone, with the move extending toward resistance near $0.035. Net Volume data pointed to roughly 9.42 million BILL tokens bought at press time, while the Chaikin Money Flow indicator read 0.14 and rising, consistent with active capital inflow rather than a pure volume echo.

Attention followed the flow. CoinMarketCap data showed BILL’s mindshare metric up 425.8% in 24 hours, with 1.17K mentions and engagements recorded across tracked channels — a spike large enough to put the token squarely in retail search and social feeds during the Robinhood rollout window.

Market-trend sentiment readings, however, stayed neutral rather than flipping bullish, with analysts noting the $0.035 level as the line that needs to hold on a close before the breakout can be treated as confirmed rather than a triangle retest in progress.

Wallet flows point to a possible distribution event

On-chain data compiled by Arkham shows a less bullish undercurrent. One entity moved 20 million BILL tokens worth roughly $630,000 out of a Gnosis Safe multisig wallet, while millions of additional tokens were shifted from cold-storage wallets tied to Coinbase and Bitvavo toward GSR Market over the preceding two days.

That routing pattern — custodial cold storage to a market-making venue — is consistent with either an OTC placement or a broader distribution event, both of which typically precede supply hitting the open market. For a token already trading at multiples of its market cap in daily volume, added supply pressure from institutional or treasury wallets could cap the rally before it clears the $0.035 resistance.

Traders watching BILL now have two charts to reconcile: the retail-driven breakout structure suggesting fresh demand, and the wallet-level flow suggesting supply is being staged for release. Until BILL closes convincingly above $0.035 without a corresponding leg down tied to GSR-routed supply, the move remains a listing-driven spike rather than a confirmed trend shift.
